Q. how long does it take to finish a commission?
A. Depending on what you're commissioning. If you're commissioning a Charm/pair of earrings; it'll normally take 2-3 days to finish. If you're commissioning a pottery piece from Sarah, it can take 5-10 days. You never know We try to finish it ASAP.

Q. How long does it take to ship???
A. Depending on where you are. I (Rissa) only ship to the united states/Canada. International Shipping is on Hiatus. I normally ship it via USPS, unless you want a specific shipping method. Normally it'll take 3-5 business days.

Q. Can you come to my convention?!
A. We try to come out to many different conventions. But it's difficult to get an artist alley table nowadays. We'll post what conventions we're going to

Q. Can I commission a custom item and not one that's already in your gallery???
A. Of course! We just ask that you provide pictures of what exactly you're looking for. We're not gonna spend our time looking for pictures

Q. How do you take payment?
A. Depending on who you're commissioning from... We're accepting money order and Paypal payments. Personal Checks are fine as well.
